LoveTheGloves.com is committed to 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand behind our Highest Quality in Leather Gloves. If you don’t LoveTheGloves, simply return them to receive a full refund, or an exchange of equal value, within 30 Days from the date you originally received them. (Shipping/ handling charges are not refundable unless the gloves are defective). See below for further details.

Returns
To receive a full refund or an exchange, the gloves MUST be returned in the same condition as they were received, new and unused, in the original packaging along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days from the date you originally received them; excluding your original shipping and handling charges. Customers who have paid for their gloves through our shopping cart (processed by PayPal) with a credit card should see a credit from PayPal within 10 business days*, once the gloves have been received. Customers who have paid for their gloves in person with a credit card, cash or a money order will receive their refund from LoveTheGloves.com the same day of their return, if returned in person. If sending your return by mail, expect your refund within 3 business days.

*Take Note: Credit card companies vary in the time it takes to post credits.

Please Be Advised: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the gloves have been received and inspected by LoveTheGloves.com. If we find after inspection that it appears the gloves were worn/soiled or damaged in any way, it renders the gloves not resalable. The gloves will NOT be accepted and you will NOT receive a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges
If you are not Completely Satisfied with the way the new gloves fit, return them within 30 days, unused and we’ll gladly exchange them for another size of the same style glove or, if you prefer, we will give you a full refund, excluding your original shipping/ handling charges.

Late Returns
Unfortunately, gloves received after the 30 days return period cannot be accepted for a refund or an exchange.

Refusal, Non-Delivery or Lost or Stolen Orders
If you refuse to accept your order or you provide us with an invalid delivery or mailing address and your order gets returned, we will refund the total cost back to you, excluding your original shipping/ handling charges.
